It's great to have more personal development resources available! At this stage in my life, I have really been placing the focus on my personal development. While I was mapping out a plan for my personal development, I struggled with where to start. I thought, why not begin by trying to understand my mind and why I think the way I think and do the things I do. One resource I found recently was John Assaraf's book Having It All. I just started reading this book and found Chapter 3 Your Powerful Brain to be most helpful to me on my quest. He really lays out how your brain works and the different stages of learning. He gives you the foundation for discovering answers to some of the difficult questions you face when on a personal development journey. You can go here for more information about what John has to say about our powerful brains: http://www.johnassaraf.com/blog/2007/10/31/your-powerful-brain/ I found this information to be really helpful in getting me past the "where do I begin" steps...

A good resource of 'The Personal Development' sites. This is a good effort for bringing in all topics related to personal development for easy reference.
An effort to be appreciated!
