		<description>I love the idea of writing down ideas that hit you into one common central place, like your grandfather did.  I do that with a word document on my desktop and it's amazing to see the kind of wisdom that accumulates.

		<description>Great article. I know what you mean by having that idea that changes you. I had read lots of personal development books in my life, but this year everything sort of just clicked and now my actions seem to be on autopilot, like everything is easier. It's a great feeling.</description>

		<description>Hm, found this interesting in that yesterday while listening to a podcast of Michael Neill on Hay house, he talked about the idea of choosing moment by moment as opposed to a big huge effort and then reaching the top. I think this is particularly pertinent for stuff like over-eating or any sort of addiction. I mean addicts have to choose again and again and again the healthy way and I think if people knew that...that it's a daily choice (which you may not always make) and it's just a question of getting through now, today...as opposed to struggling and then stopping..
