On many occassions, I could not find solutions to my problems, I know the best way to do things is to wrap up the day and go to rest meaning to sleep. Then I will "tap" my subconscious mind for the answers. When I am at complete rest/sleep, I am not labouring to find an answer to probems but rather an answer is on its way to find me.

Nice article. Since college days, I've used my subconscious to solve tough electrical engineering problems. I basically slept on the problem, and many times I dreamt of the solution. The subconscious can be used to solve tough problems too. Have a pen and paper ready and sleep on that nagging problem of yours :)
