Often we are not really in touch with our emotions or thoughts, which may amplify the anxiety we feel because we are not sure what we are so stressed about. That is where meditation comes into play. If you are new to it, you may find that you are struggling to stay focused, or you may not know how to meditate. An average adult should sleep for 6 to 8 hours each night. But it is not only the duration that matters. You should try to improve the complete sleep hygiene, which also includes the quality of your sleep. This means that apart from sleeping for 6 to 8 hours if you want to feel your best, you should also aim for a night of uninterrupted sleep.
Self-care is becoming to gain importance in recent years, and for the right reason. Our health should always come first to us. Although it may take some time for you to get your physical and mental health under control, you will see that our effort will be worth it.
