LED bulbs have so many advantages that make them much more reliable – they last longer, work better at low temperatures, and are energy efficient,” emphasizes Kamperos. Experts believe that LED lighting can increase the value of your home by about 1-3%. They are also much more environmentally friendly.
Exterior
The exterior of the lot is very important if you plan to sell your flat. When potential buyers approach your home, the first thing they will see is the exterior, and from it they will form their first impression of your property, so it’s important that the lot looks immaculate. “I’ve found that a simple little thing like painting the front door can immediately increase a home’s curb appeal and therefore value,” explains Andre Kazimierski, real estate expert and founder of Improovy.

This can be quickly and easily remedied by simply pressure washing the roof, which will definitely improve the impression and increase the value of the property.”
Give the walls a fresh coat of paint

However, it can potentially add significantly to the value of your home,” explains Green.
Tidy up the garden
Get busy mowing the lawn, trimming shrubs and trees to keep everything looking neat and tidy. – Advises Ryan Farley, CEO of LawnStarter. However, he adds: “Even if you don’t pay for lawn care services, consider splurging before you sell your home.” That way you can be sure the job will be done flawlessly.

“A cluttered home can put off potential buyers,” notes Jennifer Spinelli, interior design consultant at Watson Buys. Spinelli advises, “Take the time to clean and organize your home, get rid of unnecessary items and create a more spacious and inviting atmosphere.”

No one wants to imagine themselves in a messy home. “General cleaning can help give a home a fresh and inviting look.” notes Brad Smith, interior design expert and CEO of Omni Home Ideas. “A clean and uncluttered home can increase its apparent value by 3% to 5%.” In addition, cleaning and putting your home in order is something that can be done in just a few hours, depending on how large or cluttered the home is.
