You already heard many times this statement: If you can believe it, you can achieve it.
What you believe, create not just your achievements, but will influence your health, genes, making your life easy or… difficult.
With thoughts and beliefs, you are able to shape your life, hopefully in a positive way. How is that possible? Let me clarify.
What you think and believe about life, and how you see life in total, are commands for the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind wants to keep you safe and satisfied, reflecting a system of beliefs in real life, both with positive or negative ones. Beliefs are commands for the subconscious mind.
Do not forget that subconscious, not conscious, mind running your life.
Therefore, be careful about what you believe in. If you believe you can’t do this or, you can’t get that, just to please you, your mind will do whatever is possible to make you right.
The result is: You will not get what you want in life.
This is the power of beliefs.
If you have only negative thoughts, you worry too much, or you are stressed out and fearful all the time, then you have a negative belief system. As I already said: With your thoughts, you create your belief system. Negative thinking, an equal negative system of beliefs. You need a positive system of beliefs. Change your way of thinking to a positive one, and belief system will follow it.
When something it’s not working well in your life, take a look at your thoughts and beliefs about this area of your life. You need to admit to yourself: “I have the wrong beliefs within me, in my subconscious mind, and I need to change them to positive ones. There is no way around.”
You can turn life in the right direction, changing just one, but a big negative belief in your subconscious mind. You will experience something that you never experienced before. Life will go in the right direction.
Your beliefs, within the subconscious mind, can help you to achieve what you want, or to change what you don’t want. You are now in charge of your life.
Don’t be naïve thinking that just with wishful thinking you can change everything overnight. It takes more effort from your side to change the system of beliefs. You need to know how to give commands to the subconscious mind, with meditations, hypnosis, repetitions, affirmations or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and you will experience the power of beliefs.
